Wow.

I'm sitting here watching the future President Obama's commercial with hope in my heart and tears running down my cheeks. 6 days folks. 6 days.

Unless racism is so overwhelming that being the best choice can't compensate for being Black. I still can't understand why this race is even close.

I don't think that the race is close, I think that people are too afraid of another Al Gore situation where you think you have the race won and all of a sudden the wrong guy is giving his acceptance speech.

Depending on which Pundit you listen to (if any) the race could be very close, or Obama could have twice the amount of electoral votes than McCain and getting ready to have a landslide win.

Until we all have our chance to stand in line, mark our ballots and elect the next President, we cannot take anything for granted.

There are always going to be ignorant people who won't vote for someone because his mother was white or because his father was black. There are also ignorant people who won't vote for someone because his middle name is Hussain. There will also be ignorant people who won't vote for the white guy because he is white or because his running mate is a woman. Ignorance does not discriminate.

We are the United States of America and I believe that we will choose Barack Obama as the next U.S. President because he is the right person for the job.

My name is RunningMom and I approve this message.

Wasn't it amazing. My heart swelled with hope. I just pray that others are able to put their prejudices aside.

You are so cute. i missed the commercial, but heard about it on yahoo. Millions of people watched it so It looks like Obama might take it home, but who knows. No one should count their chickens just yet, that is always a bad thing.
